Target Audience
For working safely with low-voltage installations, the standards outlined in the ‘NEN 3140 Operational management of electrical installations – low-voltage installations’ apply. Competent Persons have at least received basic training in energy technology or its equivalent. They are skilled in the field and are responsible for their own tasks. Additionally, they have sufficient knowledge of safety regulations and provisions.
Learning Objective
The course is important for anyone who, due to their role, needs to be aware of work instructions. The course covers general aspects necessary for the safe management of low-voltage installations and electrical work equipment and for the safe execution of electrical work.

Online Course
The course consists of lessons that you can study on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can review the material as often as you like. This way, you are maximally prepared for the exam that concludes the e-learning module. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate.
Certificate
The certificate does not have an expiration date, as this is not legally required. Article 8 of the Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act states that the employer must provide sufficient information and instruction. By completing this course, both the employer and the employee meet the requirements of adequate instruction and demonstrable expertise set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
